Advertise my business on the Passport - $50
Space is limited in the Hotel Sutter main room and is first come-first served. Additional, offsite, booth space will be added as necessary and will be in a location with a Main Street address, such as another business, or tasting room. You'll have the option to proceed upon learning of your location if you are offsite.
Payment is due upon acceptance into the event. A PayPal invoice will be sent to the email above. You can checkout as a guest or mail a check.
Proposal for Hosting a 20 Minute Workshop Session
If you'd like to offer a workshop during the event, please tell us about yourself and propose your workshop plan. Time and space is limited for workshops. All proposals will be considered, but not all will be selected for listing on the passport/itinerary.

Amador Wedding and Wine Walk 2020 Terms and Conditions
Space needs to be paid in full immediately upon acceptance into event. There is no cancellation policy. Payments are not refundable. If exhibitor wishes to cancel booth, exhibitor agrees to forfeit fees paid.
Amador Wedding Collaborative is not responsible for notifying the exhibitor of other participating exhibitors within the same category.
Exhibitor agrees not to distribute at the event any literature, business cards, or other information for the benefit of any third party. Booth sharing between different categories or businesses is not allowed.
Electricity is optional and not automatically included. Requests for Electricity are available on Application Form.
Set-Up & Removal.
Exhibitor will adhere to set up hours announced by Amador Wedding Collaborative. Exhibitor agrees to not begin removing his exhibit until the advertised closing time. Exhibitor agrees to be completely removed teardown hours announced by Amador Wedding Collaborative. Exhibitor agrees to follow all Fire Marshall and venue rules.
At least one exhibitor/staff/company representative must arrive to claim booth space no later than one hour prior to the start of the event.
Exhibitor is responsible for any liability arising out of his participation in the bridal event, including product liability, accident, or injury.
are refundable if and only if the event is cancelled, unless Amador Wedding Collaborative is prevented from doing the bridal event by an act of nature or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Amador Wedding Collaborative, in which case Amador Wedding Collaborative may retain any payments and reschedule the time & place of the event.
