Wrapping The Flag Series

​I have attempted to write a blog post outlining my feelings on the definition, orchestration, and outcome of The Flag Series and I have failed, not because I couldn’t think of anything to say, but because, I couldn’t bring myself to say the things I thought. 
 
At some point, ownership of this project was transferred from me to the participants and it would not do for me to monologue on top of the beauty we created. I must simply, let the photos speak for themselves.
 
However, I do need to say, thank you – a wholehearted thank you to those who believed in me, in Jenny O., came out to be photographed and support our proclamation that the American flag is a symbol of diversity and tolerance in addition to whatever other uses it my be employed. We see the strength in our differences.
