Imagination...

is the spark that ignites creativity, propelling me into uncharted territories of possibility and wonder. In the midst of the March 1 NorCal storm, where raindrops patter against my windows and winds push through the trees, my imagination takes center stage. For me, it's a day of creative growing, learning, research, and the courage to try new things.

Nurturing Creative Growth

Every storm carries with it the promise of renewal, washing away the old to make room for the new. Similarly, imagination thrives on the nourishment of new experiences and fresh perspectives. As the rain falls outside, my creative mind is free to roam, exploring new ideas, experimenting with different techniques, and pushing the boundaries of artistic expression. It's a day of growth, both personally and creatively.

Embracing the Unknown

In the face of uncertainty, imagination offers a guiding light, illuminating the path forward with its boundless creativity. As the storm rages outside, there's a sense of adventure in trying new things, stepping outside my comfort zone, and embracing the unknown. I'm experimenting with new techniques and writing a visual poem inspired by the rhythm of the rain. It's a promise I offer myself and my visual subjects.
